Snow . . . Finally!

We finally have snow! As soon as it was "sleddable" the boys were out playing in it. Their sleds have gotten more use as leaf-catchers than snow sleds the last several years. I, for one, am grateful for the mild winters, but it is nice to have the brightness of the snow to offset the dull dreariness of winter. Oh, and in case you're wondering, the snow did wonders as a remedy for Micah's aching leg.

I'll leave you with a ditty from that great songwriter and philosopher, Winnie-the-Pooh:

The more it SNOWS-tiddely-pom,

the more it GOES-tiddely-pom

The more it GOES-tiddely-pom

On

Snowing.

And nobody

KNOWS-tiddely-pom,

How cold my

TOES-tiddely-pom

How cold my

TOES-tiddely-pom

Are

Growing.
