Another Harbinger of Spring!

If you live in Springfield, MO, you may be as excited as I am that Farmer's Market is opening for the season on this Saturday, April 12! Unfortunately, the weather is promising to be cool and rainy, so it may keep some vendors from showing up and/or from bringing their fragile plants. My neighbor, The Plant Lady, will be there, so if you desire tomatoes, peppers, or hostas that have been grown with TLC, stop by and tell her Kim said "Hey." She showed me a hanging tomato plant that she is excited about. I personally hate tomatoes, so couldn't share her enthusiasm, but if you are short on space or don't have a garden plot, her hanging and potted plants would be ideal. Hooray for spring!
